Getting Started

You tell us the role you need, and we deliver 3–5 pre-vetted candidates from Pakistan within 72 hours. You interview them, and if you decide to hire, you pay a one-time placement fee. If not, you owe us nothing.

Most clients receive their first batch of candidate profiles within 72 hours of the initial consultation call. From first contact to signed offer, the average turnaround is 7 days.

Correct. There are zero upfront fees, no retainer, and no advance payment. You only pay when you successfully hire a candidate through us.

We hire across 50+ roles including software engineers (React, Python, Node, DevOps, AI/ML), designers, sales reps, customer success, marketing, data engineers, virtual assistants, and more. If the role can be done remotely, we can likely fill it.

Exceptional. Pakistan produces 25,000+ CS graduates annually from top institutions. We screen the top 3% for technical skills, English fluency, and remote-work readiness. Many of our engineers have worked with YC and Series A–C startups.

Our 5-stage process includes application screening, technical assessment (live coding + system design), English & communication interview, culture & remote readiness check, and background verification. Only 3% of applicants pass all stages.

Yes. Every candidate passes a dedicated English fluency interview. We test speaking, listening, writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Our bar is 'can they join your daily standup and communicate naturally with your team?'

We match developers who overlap 4–6 hours with US timezones (EST/PST). Many of our engineers work US business hours full-time. We verify this during screening.

Pricing & Payment

Our placement fee is a one-time payment based on the candidate's first month salary. You pay nothing until you make a hire. There are no monthly fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs. Contact us for a specific quote.

For direct placements, you pay the candidate directly through your payroll. For staff augmentation, the candidate is employed by Remotire and we handle payroll, benefits, and compliance.

No. Once you hire, there are zero ongoing platform fees, management fees, or subscription costs. You deal directly with your hire.

After Hiring

All placements include a free replacement guarantee. If it's not a fit within the first 30 days, we replace them at no additional cost.

Every developer signs an NDA and IP assignment agreement before starting. We can set up contracts under US or UK law if preferred.

Yes. We help with the first 2 weeks of onboarding — setting up communication channels, introducing work processes, and ensuring a smooth start.

Absolutely. Many clients start with one hire and scale to teams of 5–10+. Volume placements may qualify for adjusted pricing.

For Candidates

100% free. We never charge candidates any fees. You apply, we review your profile, and we match you with relevant opportunities from US and EU companies.
