These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remotire website at https://remotire.com and our recruitment and talent placement services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Remotire provides recruitment and talent placement services, connecting businesses ("Clients") with pre-vetted professionals ("Candidates") from Pakistan. Our services include candidate sourcing, technical screening, English fluency assessment, background verification, interview coordination, offer negotiation support, and post-placement onboarding assistance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Client Terms
3.1 No upfront fees
There are no upfront fees, retainers, or advance payments required to use our candidate sourcing services. You may receive and evaluate candidate profiles at no cost.
3.2 Placement fees
A one-time placement fee is payable only upon successful hiring of a candidate through Remotire. The specific fee structure is agreed upon in writing before the engagement begins and depends on the role, seniority level, and engagement model.
3.3 Replacement guarantee
If a placed candidate does not meet expectations within the agreed guarantee period (as specified in your service agreement), Remotire will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost. The guarantee period and specific terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
3.4 Direct hiring restriction
Clients agree not to directly hire candidates introduced by Remotire without going through our placement process. If a client hires a candidate introduced by Remotire within 12 months of introduction — whether directly or through a third party — the standard placement fee applies.
3.5 Confidentiality
Candidate profiles, assessments, and related information shared by Remotire are confidential and may only be used for the purpose of evaluating the candidate for employment. Clients may not share candidate information with third parties without written consent.
4. Candidate Terms
4.1 Free service
Remotire never charges candidates any fees. Our services are completely free for job seekers.
4.2 Accuracy of information
Candidates agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about their skills, experience, education, employment history, and availability. Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in removal from our talent network and notification to any affected clients.
4.3 Profile sharing
By joining our talent network, candidates authorize Remotire to share their professional profile (including skills, experience, and assessment results) with prospective employers who have relevant open positions.
4.4 NDA and IP agreements
Candidates placed through Remotire may be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Intellectual Property (IP) assignment agreements as part of the onboarding process with the client company.
5. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, threatening, or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the website, or scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Remotire website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of Remotire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Remotire acts as a recruitment intermediary and facilitator. We are not the employer of placed candidates (except in staff augmentation arrangements where explicitly stated) and are not liable for the performance, conduct, or actions of placed candidates after the guarantee period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remotire's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific placement in question.
Remotire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remotire, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. Remotire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms. Termination does not affect obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations for completed placements.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
