Remotire is committed to the quality of every placement. Our replacement guarantee ensures you can hire with confidence, knowing that if a placement doesn't work out, we'll make it right at no additional cost.
Our Zero-Risk Model
No upfront fees: You never pay anything before hiring. You can receive candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates — all at zero cost.
Pay only when you hire: A placement fee is charged only after you have decided to hire a candidate and they have accepted the offer.
No ongoing fees: There are no monthly subscriptions, platform access fees, or hidden charges after placement.
Replacement Guarantee
All placements through Remotire include a free replacement guarantee:
Guarantee period: The specific guarantee period is defined in your service agreement, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days depending on the role and engagement model.
What's covered: If a placed candidate resigns, is terminated for cause, or fails to meet the performance expectations outlined during the hiring process within the guarantee period, Remotire will source, vet, and present replacement candidates at no additional cost.
Replacement process: To initiate a replacement, notify us in writing (email to info@remotire.com) with details about why the placement didn't work out. We will begin sourcing replacement candidates within 48 hours.
Number of replacements: One replacement per placement is included at no additional cost. If the replacement also doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
What Is Not Covered
The replacement guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
Changes in the client's business circumstances (e.g., budget cuts, project cancellation, or organizational restructuring) that are unrelated to the candidate's performance.
Termination of the candidate for reasons not disclosed during the hiring process or outside the scope of the original role requirements.
Failure to provide adequate onboarding, tools, or working conditions to the placed candidate.
Requests made after the guarantee period has expired.
Refund Policy
Since our model is pay-on-hire with no upfront fees, refund situations are rare. However:
If a candidate never starts: If a hired candidate fails to begin work or withdraws before their start date, no placement fee is charged (or a full refund is issued if already paid).
Within guarantee period: If a placement fails within the guarantee period and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will offer a partial refund or credit toward a future placement, as agreed on a case-by-case basis.
After guarantee period: No refunds are available for placements that have exceeded the guarantee period.
